Environmental Labelling

Find the right recycling information for our products’ packaging components quickly and easily.

Sustainability doesn’t start with the product itself, but also with transparent and understandable packaging disposal. On this page, you’ll find the relevant material labels and recycling instructions for POLI-TAPE packaging.

Please also consider the regional and local disposal regulations in your state or local area.

Why is this labelling used?

Environmental labelling helps clearly identify packaging materials and correctly route them to the appropriate recycling or disposal channels. The goal is to facilitate the collection, reuse, recovery, and recycling of packaging.

Practical Recycling Tips

  • Cleaner is better

Plastic parts should be wiped down briefly if they are sticky—most recycling centers prefer clean parts.

  • Flatten the cardboard cores

Flatten or crush the toilet paper rolls before throwing them away — this saves space in the recycling bin.

  • Local rules vary

What goes in the yellow bin in one city may not necessarily apply in another. If in doubt, check your local council’s website.

  • Search by number

The small number inside the recycling arrow (e.g., ♳ 4) specifies exactly what type of plastic it is.
