Embossed silicone paper makes it possible to equip PVC-based products with structured adhesive systems. These so-called “air channels” contribute to easier and more efficient processing. Especially on difficult-to-handle surfaces, the channels in the adhesive help to remove air bubbles between the PVC and the substrate smoothly and reliably.

While converting our materials to the well-known standard dimensions, we mark every roll with a unique edge print. Product-specific information such as material name, batch number and remaining roll length is recorded on the liner. This is particularly useful when partially used rolls are employed in different projects, as the precise indication of the remaining roll length makes the sign maker’s work considerably easier. In this way, you always keep all relevant information in view.

Sign makers are often faced with the question: should the focus be on cost or on quality? With the POLI-PRINT 1200 Series – our 5-year polymeric films – there is no need to compromise. This range offers a cost-conscious alternative to leading polymeric films on the market, without any sacrifice in quality or processing performance.

Equipped with a high-performance, modified solvent adhesive and available up to the popular working width of 1600 mm, the series impresses in every project with reliability and flexibility.
