Monomeric PVC films are ideal for short- to medium-term indoor and outdoor advertising. With ECO-solvent, solvent, and UV digital printers, you can achieve brilliant print results with high resolution and color intensity. In addition to excellent opacity and flatness, the films offer impressive dimensional stability. Thanks to the removable adhesive, they can be removed without leaving any residue even after prolonged use – for maximum flexibility in application.

Depending on the market and project, the question arises: 80 µm or 100 µm?
The 80 µm films are the ideal choice for price-sensitive and short-term campaigns – efficient, economical, and reliable in implementation.
The 100 µm films, on the other hand, offer a decisive advantage: greater dimensional stability combined with high flexibility. This means that even sophisticated designs retain their shape over the long term.

High opacity of the printing film is crucial, especially on dark substrates. For this reason, grey-pigmented adhesive systems have been developed: they enhance the natural opacity of PVC, thus expanding the range of possible applications to a wide variety of surfaces. At the same time, the high cohesion of the adhesive significantly reduces the risk of adhesive “bleeding” at the edges.

As with all chemical and graphic products, various factors – such as material, printer, ink, settings or substrate – can influence the application result. To minimise potential issues in advance, it is advisable to read and follow the processing instructions carefully. As always, good preparation is the key to successful implementation.

For short-term applications, removable adhesives are the smart choice: they are easy to remove and keep cleaning effort to a minimum.
For long-term projects, however, we recommend a permanent adhesive system—for reliable adhesion that lasts for years.

Important to know: Removable acrylic adhesives change over time. Guaranteed removability is usually 3 to 6 months, after which it gradually decreases.
