PRINTABLE FLEX FILMS

Printable textile transfer films for professional digital printing.

PRINTABLE FLEX FILMS can be used to individually finish textiles using digital printing—from photorealistic images and detailed logos to color-intensive designs. For retailers and advertising technicians, this means maximum design freedom combined with reliable processing.

At the heart of the series are White Films that can be printed on and offer different technologies depending on requirements. These include TURBO® PRINT for fast working at low temperatures and FLEXPRINT as a proven standard solution. This provides a wide selection that covers all the requirements of professional printing processes.
The range also includes Special Films with special surfaces or effects, as well as Transparent Films for flexible applications on light-colored textiles.

PRINTABLE FLEX FILMS are compatible with the digital printing systems commonly used in advertising technology, including solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV-curing, dye, and pigment inks. This provides retailers with a complete product family that not only opens up creative possibilities, but can also be reliably integrated into existing production processes.

NYLON, 300 °F • Pre-press for 5 sec. • Press onto nylon for 5 sec. • Remove PET liner, cover transfer with silicone paper, press for another 10 sec.
Pressure: 44 psi (medium pressure)

Washing resistance Temperature: 60°C
Only use color and mild detergents. Turn the garment inside out before washing. Suitable for tumble drying (standard dryers up to max. 100°C).
